other than missiles, everything on this puppy is an energy weapon

And the missiles are a good spread of naval SRMs and LRMs, Ship-to-Ship and Anti-Ship Missiles (SSMs and ASMs, respectively), and 16 APMs in the dorsal-launch silos. Considering that Anti-Planetary Missiles (APMs) load a 350 ton antimatter warhead each with a nominal yield of 13.6 terratons of energy, I'd say you generally woudln't need many of them

I knoooow, I was cueing my diatribe over how artillery isn't useless because it's just warheads like a missile, only more of it and cheaper to make, and much harder to jam and intercept!

Perhaps a later development/redevelopment of an old technology to counter ECM/ECCM? *Shrug*

well, we have MAC guns (Mass Accelerator Cannons), which use gravitic acceleration pulses to hurl a projectile at a substantial fraction of the speed of light, but anything short of that would be useless. Anti-missile batteries are AI-controlled, and can easily detect and pick off incoming ballistic projectiles. Missiles also have AIs, and are more like suicidal fighter drones in that they can track AMS and PDT sensor sweeps and avoid predicted arcs of fire, juking and dodging their way to the target with moderate success.
