UPDATED 5/12: Moved the bone for Cid's gun, so you can more easily grab it.

FFXII NPCs 1-48 out of ~170
(had some dupes and didn't want to delay by grabbing replacements)

UNRIGGED at the moment!
I will start rigging them after I've converted everything, but the unrigged versions will be available for anyone who wants to take a crack at them earlier.
The game rigged versions exist, so I'll try and get those on Models Resource in the future.

There are some transparency errors, common to all ripped game models. I fix some as I go, but I have too many to go to spend more than a couple minutes each. Especially noticeable on hair or armor plates. There are a few like the Kings who are particularly bad; I have a list of them and will come back to them later.
Original files belong to Square Enix; Ripped straight from Final Fantasy XII.

PLEASE let me know if there are any issues beyond transparency, like missing textures or a corrupt model, etc.
Folders are organised as: Race_GenderName/Description. If I recognize them, I'll look up their name, but there are plenty of like "Dude with Vest". It's been like 15 years since I played, so bear with me. :V

NO RULES - NO CREDIT NECESSARY
It'd be nice to link here so other people can find them, too, but I don't care either way! Convert them, edit them, tear them apart, reup somewhere else, HAVE FUN. All I did was rip and (sort of badly) port them to MMD.

FIRST BUNDLE RELEASED
All models had some heavy tune up from their original previews!
I can't believe ~50 models is only ~10mb, but that's the magic of PS2 rips lol
Instead of updating this file each week, I'll keep it semi-organised by pack. I might do a mega pack at the end, if DA allows 50-100mb files, whatever it ends up being.
