FFXII NPCs 51-120 out of ~170UNRIGGED at the moment!
I will start rigging them after I've converted everything, but the unrigged versions will be available for anyone who wants to take a crack at them earlier.
The game rigged versions exist, so I'll try and get those on Models Resource in the future.
There are some transparency errors, common to all ripped game models. I fix some as I go, but I have too many to go to spend more than a couple minutes each. Especially noticeable on hair or armor plates. There are a few like the Kings who are particularly bad; I have a list of them and will come back to them later.
Original files belong to Square Enix; Ripped straight from Final Fantasy XII.
PLEASE let me know if there are any issues beyond transparency, like missing textures or a corrupt model, etc.
Folders are organised as: Race_GenderName/Description. If I recognize them, I'll look up their name, but there are plenty of like "Dude with Vest". It's been like 15 years since I played, so bear with me. :V
Some models come with alternate textures; they are included in their folders. You'll have to swap them manually if you want to use them atm.
NO RULES - NO CREDIT NECESSARY
It'd be nice to link here so other people can find them, too, but I don't care either way! Convert them, edit them, tear them apart, reup somewhere else, HAVE FUN. All I did was rip and (sort of badly) port them to MMD.

Mostly monsters this time, and nearly all of the Judges. Should be just one more pack and the "NPCs" folder will be done!
EDIT: Just checked and YES the rest of the monsters are just in a diff folder. These are just the humanoid ones, I guess.
Next up is the HighResNPCs, then PC's & HighResPC's. As I go, lower res models with high res variants will be merged to improve them a bit. Example: Balthier had a garbage prison model mixed in with the NPCs, so when I get to his highres version, I can stitch the nicer head onto the prison model. Direct improvements will simply replace older models; I'll throw out Balthier's low poly entirely for the high poly model. MMD can handle the nicer models nowadays, so there's no reason to rig both.
