Actually, in the Jewish religion, it was pretty much taboo if a man was not married--but people insist Jesus was celibate to make him more holy. I personally support the idea of Jesus and Mary of Magda having a child. I knew there was something more going on between them than what I had read.

Jesus would be farther from divinity if he had a child because it would make him more like the rest of us, it would show he had human urges and such. Kinda funny if you ask me. People get angry at the idea because the church gets angry at it, but they don't think of why it does. Basically the church gets angry because it can't sell its product of a divine leader if he's just human like the rest of us.

its weird how the church has decided to forget that the bible says Jesus was a man and had all the same problems as us except he could not sin. now i don't know about the rest of u but i don't remember it ever saying that marriage and having children is a sin. So it shouldn't matter if he did or didn't, it doesn't change what he stood for.

They didn't forget; the mythos is just how the church keeps its stranglehold on mankind. It's how they stay in power, through fear and ignorance.
