Hee hee hee. Took a little break from my flight studies to churn this out. I can be forgiven during the holiday season, right? After all, all work and no play make JZ a dull gal.Anyway, this is the closest thing to a Christmas pic I can make this year. It's a little different then my usual stuff, going for minimal colors to illustrate just how much X and Zero don the hues of the festive season in the first MMX game. Especially Zero; he's got it all, with them green chest orb... Things giving him a hint of green over his red and white palette. X wears a lot if white, but not much else in terms of Christmas colors, unless you have him equip his X Buster, which I have not here for simplicity sake.
Anyhow, hope you all enjoy. Have a nice Christmas everyone.

I always thought that Zero's color scheme was juuuuust a tad on the X-massy side... a really, really BIG tad, haha!

Yeah, it felt really good to take a break and just draw something. I wasn't really sure how long this was going to take me, so I did take a bit of a risk, but I managed to get it out in one evening/morning so it ended up being a risk well managed. I'm very happy I got this out when I intended; doesn't always turn out that way.
To defend X here... I always thought as white being a Christmas color as well as green and red, so that's why I put X in his Light armor here. It has the most white out of what I can recall. Best over all color coordination too, other maybe then his X4-X6 Ultimate armor. Just my opinion though.
Indeed, Zero had the Christmas look from the start. Like Wily intended him to be a.. Ahem... "Gift" to the future. A murderous, unrelenting, I-am-going-to-undermind-and-destroy-all-technologicall-progess-up-to-this-point kind of gift. But, I suppose he ended up being a saving angel, rather then a crimson demon. Oh well.
