Description This is a photo of everyday life in the Philippines. A commonality in almost every street in the metro and suburbs - a homeless young boy, half naked and hopeless. Nothing left to wear, nothing left to eat. No home, no family. No hope - for now. If only we could do something. Something to change this cruel yet predictable world. One step at a time, one step at a time.

What strikes me the most about this picture is the pose of the young boy's body. The angles with which he's holding himself are in soft contrast to the variegated levels of the sidewalk and the boldness of the sign. But yet, because he is draped over it, he almost seems a part of the urban landscape, as your description has so aptly described. Great portrayal of those who go unseen.

It is a very sad situation the one that this photo describes.I can feel the emotions that this photo gives out...
it is a beautiful picture though that tells a story and most importantly it gives the message with no words which I find amazing...
