This is Glenda, leader of Argen 7 and Cobra Invasor from the Argentinian and international counterparts of GI Joe-Argen 7 and Action Force.This is the Issue 4B cover of Argen 7 (can't wait to read this btw). Layout and text done by Jamar Miller ([link] ) (Bless this man with whatever higher power you believe in because I honestly am curious if he ever sleeps, lol), colors and effects by me, and of course I will submit artist info and link them when I get the info from Jamar.
