Powerful imagery.
Maybe it would have been even more powerful if the figure were kneeling instead of standing. Can't tell.

A kneeling version would work too.

yargh!
horrifying, its painful to just look at this creature...
indeed, you've managed to depict anguish in one single picture, drawn with incredibly creepy detail, with horrific wounds & body modification, and a very dark, soulless enviroment (the background looks quite empty, devoid of any vibrant colour, and it inspires emptyness+fear. in short: its a GREAT background, along with the also GREAT drawing of the human who is in anguish....)
i really like how his hands are distorted, and some of them are wounded horribly, but all of his hands are joined into one single gesture; to hold his hand, in order to be (somewhat) relieved from the immense pain that the creature is feeling now.
also, that torn, ripped mouth, with those (almost) inhuman teeth is forming a painful, monstrous, (and yet so humanly recognizable) mouth, which is forming (an also recognizable) screaming expression; its amazing.
his pale, sick skin is quite impressive as well...
and the gaping wound on his ''private area'' is quite scary as well.
you've depicted a horrible punishment of eternal pain quite well.
once again, you've created a great (scary) drawing.
good drawing, keep up the good work!

I'm pretty happy with this one. It owes a bit to the work of Beksinski and a bit to real-world necrosis.Β

The way the fingers of all those limbs are textured make it look as though they are permanently fused with his skull...
Ingeniously horrifying concept as ever!

Thank you! There's a strong hint of Beksinski here, check his work out if you haven't already!

Beksinski just so happens to be one of my personal favourite artists! He was an absolute master of the craft, and I can definitely see a nod to his work in this piece!
