Description
A demonic aide of Urshullah, the Zaragholan goddess of disease, decay and miscarriage. These beings appear during pandemics to feed on putrefying corpses. If interrupted or provoked they spew streams of potent stomach acid; victims slain by such attacks are reborn as panniculi unless properly laid to rest.

Dude, have you ever played any of the World of Darkness games? These pictures make ideal examples for demonically derived spirits. Perfect antagonists for a Werewolf game. Nicely done.

This thing would be a nightmare in a sewer setting. It looks like it has a one hit kill move in the form of it grabbing you and then drenching you in an acid bath and not only that it has the capability to rapidly spread drenching the area in Urshullah's fetid influence which would make the pandemic worse as guards and civillans succumb to acid either through inadvertant interruption or deliberate provocation... As the epidemic spreads with unnatural speed quickly becoming capable of wiping towns in a matter of days unless someone stamps out her influence in the area fast enough.

People are keep saying that that thing is a vagina, but I am pretty sure that it is a pannus- a huge, sagging gut (the term is also used for sagging lower eyelids). Hence, the name of this species has that word in it. Hopefully I'm right.
