Some Marvs from Sin City, a Wolverine and Batman smoking...My laptop is in a state of disrepair so I can't '
retty' these sketches up in photoshop. You can actually see the bleed-through from the page on the other side. Enjoy!

Haha, no need to correct yourself. This is the internet, the bar is set a lot lower for grammar and spelling. Glad you like what you see though. I always enjoyed the hell out of preliminary stuff too! There's oodles more room for freedom and experimentation.

I'm a perfectionist though - I hate it when I make mistakes, even on the tinterweb. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the characters from Erth Chronicles. Let me know which one appeals to you the most and I will send you further descriptions if you feel you need them.

Fantatsic sketches. I actually prefer preliminary work - I just love this stage of developing style and characters. Okay, these are not your chracters but they are still superb studies.

As artist we tend to be our own worst critics.
It's one of the reasons communities like this are good so we can gain support from other artist going through the same B.S.
