Description
This is a painting of Shepard and Garrus from the game Mass Effect.This is a scene that I’ve painted that is not available anywhere on the internet, in the game or on YouTube…
and this is my storyline of the scene...
During a brief moment of silence, Shepard and Garrus are heavily outnumbered and outgunned. Garrus says to Sheppard “If for any reason we don’t make it, I just wanted to say…I lov…”
“Shut up Garrus! We’re not going to die today!” she replies back smiling to herself.

This is really great work! Just for further Mass Effect art: Weapons in the Mass Effect Universe always have two barrels...with only very few exceptions...

I've never played the game either, but I think he is a 'friendly Alien?' and I've been told that his blood is also blue not red

Nearly a thousand views in under 2 days and you are the first to notice that the blood colour should be blue, thank you for noticing that (you can probably tell, I haven't played the game yet)
I started putting WIP's up before on my paintings as people kept thinking my portraits were photos and were skipping them, but now I put them up because people love to see how I got to the finish piece

Honestly, I nearly skipped this picture for the same reason. It's just hard to be impressed with something that's just tracework or Photoshop filters. That has to be an odd place to be, though, where your work is so good that people don't believe you did it. Someday, maybe, my stuff will be that good. With practice.
I'm going to guess you haven't played any of the ME games, since the blue Turian blood is... a bit hard to miss at some points.

You're absolutely correct that I haven't played the game at all. This painting was a request that I had the time to do. So I watched game plays on YouTube. Found out that Garrus and Shepard where two of the most popular characters and found some romantic involvement scenes with them also. So I wanted to paint a scene that was so different and fresh to everywhere especially on DA, hence this painting.
I've really enjoyed painting this and bringing the characters to life. Thank you once again

I like that you go out of your way to ensure your paintings aren't based off of already existing material. There's something to be admired about it.
Never played Mass Effect, but I keep being told it's one of the greatest franchises out there.
