Hey friend ! I had to zoom in to take it all in. It's crazy, I didn't realize how far you'd go with the details, I'm really impressed with her legs (the pantyhose omg), and those beautiful freckles
I love how the hair is 100% made in a cartoon style, and yet it completely works with the rest of the image for me. (I think the red background helps grounding this color, that was a wise choice.

It's the first time I've tried painting the hair like this and it has come out better than I have hoped
I'm glad you love all the little details, I've often wonder if many people pick up on them but I'm glad you did
I'm painting Rose Tyler next, there's a story-line which she is holding a huge gun, so I will have fun doing some technical painting in a cartoon style, I hope you will like it when it's done
Do you do many cartoons or doodles? I doodle tons of them to help me draft new ideas for my paintings

Oh I'm really excited, I love Rose too. Can't wait to see how you're going to make her pose with the gun, it'll be cute/badass I bet ! 
I used to do a lot of doodles a year ago. I thought it was fun to get myself in an artistic flow. But I think I'm most efficient when I make a single sketch, and work my ass off until the end painting looks perfectly how I want it to look. For example, I'm currently working on a painting of another friend of mine, and I'm improvising the whole thing, except the posture of my friend. I'm excited to upload it.
