I was trying to explain the body's proportional breakdown to someone the other day, and was frusterated by the fact I couldn't find any pictures online to illustrate my descriptions!
... My sister noted my irritation and mentioned I would probably waste less time just sketching one up instead of scouring the internet for it. 
ANYways, this is a very quick and very incomplete demonstration, but I just wanted to illustrate some of the techniques I learned by and still use.

This is very helpful, mainly because it shows the main and basic rules of porpotion ... and furthermore, it is a GUY, something i've been trying to draw for ages
