This is my entry for the Fantasy Earth Zero contest, and if you can't tell I went with the Sorcerer idea.I love the idea of spell casting, but I hate that 98% of mages all have staves and ROBES. Agh. So I went with a bit of a different look.
She has two ritual daggers on her thighs, light equipment so she can move easily and be free to wave her arms around without catching her sleeves on fire!

I came back and added some more work to this, not a lot, just some touch ups on the water, the background, a bit of the lighting. I changed the reflections a bit so there isn't that illusion of a vertical line anymore.

amazing I realy love this infact I was going to eneter this contest but i haven't got a clue when it come sto manga and anime so I don't think I will be entering

Bah, I don't think you should do manga/anime if you don't want to. I had the same doubt at first but then I figure... if they like your work they should like it for your style and unique way of looking at things, not for just doing it their way. Otherwise, why have a contest, you know?
You should definitely enter if you have a concept in mind! It's a great opportunity to stretch your creative muscles and who knows, you may have that unique view that just shocks and amazes everyone!

I love everything about this work! The way light is utilized, the pose, the curves and reflections even down the fish swimming in the water! I love it!

Thank you so much! I think we generally tend to be proudest of our newest works and there are still some things I want to polish before the deadline, but overall I think this is one of my best pieces as far as composition goes.

The whole scene and texture of this work with the colours work nicely together. Original character without employing a gimmick (like a tail or demon horns).
