I really like the background as the details such as the houses below and its tiles and the sky above. Β I also like the lighting and sparkle things on Howl and his pokemon. Β It looks so vivid and beautiful.

Nice! Charmander instead of Litwik. Clever, using the life-tie relationship.
Maybe, if you want to revisit this, use Deoxys for... I forgot the name, the star people that old witch controls.

You know what's funny? I once did an Egglocke in Alpha Sapphire, and I hatched a Charmander that I nicknamed Calcifer. (It's a shame I never used him, though.)
