Corebook artwork for Endless Realms , a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.A few months ago, I did a set of monsters that consisted almost entirely of corrupted spirits, supernatural beings that can take various concepts, places or things as host in the corporeal world that have become corrupted by power. Well, here's an uncorrupted spirit, chilling out pretty happily outside his forest shrine :3

Technically, I've done another illustration of a corrupt spirit in the process of being purified, but I didn't post it - that's sort of half an uncorrupted spirit :V

By the way, some of these gates in asia are quite indestructable. I have seen some pics of devastating nature catastrophs, but still some oft them stood there unbroken.
So, this would be a good idea to use as a shrine in nature. ^^

Hehe, thanks a lot! Yeah, he seems pretty happy and chill, I like how he turned out :3 And you know how I sorta like gentle giant themes, so I thought having a forest spirit tending to a little sprout was both appropriate and kinda cute :3
