Description
A Reddish-brown squirrel at Easter. There was still about 4 feet of snow - melting snow. This little one came from the forest I had thrown sunflower seeds on the snow for the birds and little animals. As these squirrels do not hibernate, they need to find food all winter long.

hmmm, our squirrels are living in the cities, or hills/mountains, not sure if they are on the top mountains where snow can be seen in the very cold winter.

They are not migrating and must spend each winter enduring the harsh cold during 5 months.
Thank you kindly, Julien!

In Eastern Canada, we are getting Arctic air - they call it Polar Vortex - since about 3 years.
Spring has really begun on May 18, this year. I dislike it!
