"Ah, so Princess Eva decided to grace us with her presence after all. How nice."

Eva growled, stopping in her tracks to deliver a fierce glare. The dark magician turned to her---his body floated above the ground, wrapped in an eldritch green halo that sent an eerie light throughout the cave. Past him Eva could make out Noah, struggling against the ropes that held him to the massive statue; at Justin's words he froze, eyes going wide as they turned to face her.

"Eva! Get the heck out of here, quick!"

"Oh, not so fast, mortal, not so fast. I'm sure Mak'Klain won't mind at all if I have two sacrifices to offer him when he finally returns to this dimension."

"No one's getting sacrificed!" Eva called, shaking her fist threateningly at the vile fiend. "Now let Noah go, right now, pretty boy!"

"Oh, did you come all this way for him?" Justin's beautiful lips turned up in an amused smirk. "How strange, Amazon---it's not like those of your tribe to care so much about a measly man."

"Who said I cared about him?!" Eva snapped, looking away as her cheeks heated up. "I don't care!"

"Oh, thanks, Eva. That makes me feel so much better about this whole situation."

"Shut it, you!"

"Oh-hoo, lover's quarrel, is it?"

"He is not my lover!"

"And yet you came all this way to rescue him. I've known brave knights who've done less for their chosen princesses," Justin mocked.

"I am not---he's---just a member of my questing party!"

"Just the weakest member, isn't he? What, you and the beserker Izzy couldn't slay any orcs alone without his vital contributions?

"Hey, I am not weak!"

"Yeah, shut up!"

"Awfully quick to defend him, aren't we?"

"He's just a questing partner!" Eva screamed, her face starting to turn red with rage.

"Are you sure? 'Cause I've been doing this 'evil sorcerer' thing for a while, and I'm definitely sensing a 'dude-sel in distress' kind of situation here."

"I DON'T LIKE HIM!"

"Gah, this is more annoying than the torture. Look, Eva, if I just admit that I like you, will you finally admit that you like me so we can get this whole stupid conversation over with?!"

"I DON'T---uh, wait, did you just say that you like me?"

Noah's face turned slightly darker, his eyes rolling up to focus on the huge, smiling face of the demonic idol above him. "...Maybe," he muttered.

"...Oh. Well, I---uh---that is to say..."

"Uh---okay, look," Justin said, his eyes rolling up to the hole in the cave ceiling, the moon climbing steadily higher above them. "The time of alignment to return Mak'Klain to Tel-e-Tún is coming up, so teasing aside, can we just skip to the big battle so I can awaken the ancient evil, you know, and get my eternal youth and beauty and all that?"

"What?! Oh---sure!" Eva said quickly, willing to do anything to get out of this...relationship talk. She quickly took out her trusty sword, raising it over her head. "Prepare to taste my blade, unholy scourge!"

"And prepare for my enchantments, Lover Girl," the wizard mocked, conjuring a ball of fire before his outstretched palm.

Eva's eyes narrowed, another growl escaping her throat.

"Nobody calls me that but him," she seethed, and then ran forward, swinging her sword over her head.

Total Drama Crack and Fanon Week, Day 6! And just when I thought I was going to wise up and skip a day to get some homework done, too. Today's theme is "Adventure and Treasure," and so I came up with...this rather bizarre thing. Heh, I almost didn't write that little snippet, I was tempted to issue this as a challenge so you could all come up with your own interpretations.

I was sort of trying to avoid repeating any characters during C&F Week, but I wanted to have Eva in this one and decided that even though I already used Noah before, having him as her "damsel in distress" was too fun to pass up. I also considered having her and Justin in a "Sleeping Beauty Handsome"-type situation, but instead he got upgraded to the villain of Team E-Scope. Izzy I imagine is still in the last cavern, fighting off Justin's army of fangirls while Eva confronts him directly.

First time drawing Eva or Justin. I think I'm getting better at TD style.
