Description
Many years after the defeat of Cell and a ways abit after Goku encounters the God of Destruction, a new threat emerges in the rebranding of the Red Ribbon Army. The grandchild of Dr. Gero, Dr. Hedo, creates new androids as well as recreating his grandfathers blue prints of what was known as Cell. Hedo is able to create a brand new Cell being, now dubbed Cell Max, this unstable being awakens in a rage, and threatens the entire planet Earth. Thanks to Gohan and Piccolo's new found power, this new Cell may be put down once and for all.
