Description
Cell is able to surprise the Androids and ends up using his tail to absorb the entirety of Android 17's being. By doing so, Cell's body undergoes a Metamorphosis transforming into his Semi Perfect Form. Now bigger and significantly more powerful, the Z warriors must struggle to stay matched with him.
