It is done. Despite the efforts of the Z warriors, Cell is given the opportunity to absorb Android 18, and as such, he undergoes another metamorphosis. Becoming smaller compared to his previous form, Cell's power has amplified multiple times over and is now the most deadly being in all of existence. It could be refered to as...just Perfect. Surprisingly however, Cell has Morals and decides he wants to see what his new body is capable of in combat. Desiring a warriors battle, he opens up a challenge to anyone across the earth. Come to a place of his choosing, and fight him in hand to hand combat. The reward is simple, if you can defeat Cell, you save the planet from total destruction. The Z warriors are in trouble, but at least they have a few days to train.
