Frost is a warrior from Universe 6, which is a closely parallel Universe to the main line one of where Goku exists. Frost is obviously of the same race as Frieza however he is seemingly good hearted and respectful to his opponents.The good nature however is just a facade, and it is revealed that Frost cheats to weaken and over power his opponents.
