No, that's not Psylocke. Other people can have purplish hair.I think I'm getting a little better at simplifying my linework, which is especially tricky when drawing more feminine women. Usually I go insane and don't erase that much, but I tried to be more refined and also did a good deal of cleaning up. That's not to say there's no stray lines... I actually left some in for effect.

I actually use photoshop to color drawings like this. You could try Illustrator or Paint too.
