Thx for faving.. ...it's a lot of practice, though - the planet is a kind of a lucky experiment - originally it should have been living world

I'm assuming from the text on the bottom of image and your description that this planet is dying? To me appears like it is just forming.
And you're right, it does look like it's underwater. Maybe the planet is actually a molecule that exists within a drop of water. Or something else highly conceptual like that.
