Man, this one was a challenge (read "challenge" as "major pain in the butt).
Getting the lighting correctly, making them pose as naturally as possible for ponies, not to mention the Advance Inflator tool making them go invisible whenever I used it a bit too much to shrink their hooves so I could fit the gloves correctly...
But my main obstacle were the bruise effects on the other version. The spray of spit was quite easy to create, but the bruises were a major pain. And I'm still not sure if they look correct or not.
I'm glad the motion blur effect exists, though. That enhanced the action by a lot.
Anyway, there you go. AJ and RD trading some major leather.

Logically speaking, AJ has the advantage of winning here since she's an Earth pony because Pegasi have a lighter body structure and a lower overall physical strength.

Given how athletic RD is, she could use her agility and stamina to her advantage and tire AJ before delivering the final blow.
Though no matter what I read or hear of the matter, I still believe any sort of physical confrontation they have'll end up in a draw.

Motion blur effect? As in a Gimp brush or a Gmod post processor?

It's a Photoshop filter.
However, that kept clashing with the bruise effects, so I had to copy/paste the arms and gloves, then apply the Motion Blur effect on that new layer.
