Description
Sorry again if you were expecting a regular caption but as the last one was so well received, I decided to make another one. This one is less about the style and content in a caption and more about posting habits in general. These are just my opinions and a lot of it comes down to personal preference but hopefully this will still help some people out there! Please feel free to share your thoughts and opinions in the comments!

Johnlav’s Tips For caption creation habits.
Set yourself achievable goals.
Keep in mind that what might seem achievable now might not be in the future so it’s always best to give yourself a little breathing room, even if you think you can do more, your future self will thank you for it.
Try to post consistently and on a schedule.
People are much more likely to return to your content if they know what to expect and when it will be posted.
Post content that appeals to you personally rather than what you think people want to see.
Otherwise, you may end up making stuff you don’t enjoy and risk burning out. Ultimately, your audience will adapt and change depending on what content you post anyway.
Allow yourself breaks when you need them.
The vast majority of your audience will understand, just be open with them about it.
This is one I’m personally very bad at myself and I’m trying to get better at.
Create a handful of posts in advance.
That way, you’ll always have a few ready to post in the event you’re not able to make a new one in time or even if you’re just not up to it.
Another one I’m pretty bad at, if I’m being honest.
