Continuing with my drawings related to the redesigned VeggieTales characters, here are Jimmy & Jerry Gourd as based off of their promotional pictures .

The gourds to me are some of the better designed characters for VeggieTales in the House (which debuts on Netflix on November 26th) since aside from a few things (Jerry's stem and Jimmy's nose and eyelids being orange instead of tan) they still look like themselves. The only thing about their designs that kills me are their teeth which look really out of place.

Jerry Gourd was also the first character aside from Bob & Larry to have his design revealed in the first official photo which was discovered by on July 1, 2014. At the time, his design was the only one to have an official photo that I didn't like.

This drawing was done shortly after Jimmy's design was leaked at the VeggieTales Media Day event in Nashville, TN on August 5, 2014.
