Description
This 1911 may look fairly sedate, but it came out the way the commissioner requested. The style is a bit of a watelands/dieselpunk style...maybe that's redundant, heh.Anyways, this starts out as a clear plastic airsoft pistol so the entire body is hand-detailed. Oh, and the red-dot laser is functional!

It kinda looks like a hybrid of a 1911 and a Smith & Wesson 3rd Generation semi auto. Cool!

Nice prop, I'm a Fallout fan myself.Β Three issues I have here:Β First, the front sight blade is too low for that custom adjustable rear.Β You'd always be shooting way too high with that.Β Second, what is that decocker lever on the left rear of the slide?Β That's a feature generally found on DA auto pistols.Β 1911s don't have that.Β And third, that is definitely not a 1911 trigger.

Don't mean to nitpick here, this is intended as constructive criticism.Β I'm a gun guy, and the 1911 is my favorite pistol.Β Hell, I sleep with one on the nightstand as my home security system every night.Β Looking forward to the next edition!
