I was thinking about what type I have the least fakemon of and bug came to mind. I tend to avoid that type because I'm often too lazy to do actual research, which is pretty much required for bug designs. I also had mode changes on my mind, for some reason. That's pretty much what this pokemon is made up from: random thoughts.

Anyway, being able to only execute either offense or defense is my version of 'mode change' and mostly happens through abilities, with Huge Power being the ultimate offensive ability and Magic Guard(not counting Wonder Guard) is one of the best defensive ones. Klutz is a hint on what happens when it tries to go both ways - Klutz.
