Excuse my friend, but I have a couple of questions, hope you don't mind... How small is the brush you used to sketch? And if I sketch in a smaller size, do I have to use a smaller brush??
Your tutorials are indeed helpful by the way! Keep your awesome work!!

Very nice! Most tutorials you see nowadays seem to gloss over very important steps. Thanks for your patience.

This is a great tritoriul.
It's easy to follow and clearly shows--as well as states--how you got from one place to the next. I apriciate that you put the steps to getting to certian tools in parenthises so people who aren't as familiar with them can find them, as well as how you brought up that you don't want to leave the document as a psd because of size.
All in all, a job well done.

A really nice tutorial, but I have to say, I have one complain about it...
jpg? Really?
You suggest to ruin a picture with saving it as jpg? Why?
png is a much better format, since it's still small in size but doesn't compress your picture to the death... o.o

Only problem, I use PaintTool Sai (as I can't afford Photoshop) and can't do some of the steps... Or can someone tell me how to add a gradient in Sai?
