I once had this game described to me as "You run around this big huge empty space, then you climb up a giant and then you kill it. And then you do it again."
Despite this exciting concept, I've yet to be sufficiently beaten into playing it.

I love this game so much I have taken to calling this girl "mon mono" which is latin for "my one" but was and is primarily a reference to this game. I am actually planning to go play this game as soon as I leave my computer here. Are you as cautiously excited about the sequel as I am? 'cause I really, really, really am.

As stupid as it sounds, Agro fell off a quite high cliff once, as I jumped off his back right at it 
I was quite surprised, I didn't await him to be that trustworthy.
My Agro isn't a wussy.
But panel 7 is what I always tried....I never made it to the horse before they hit me...

I love the game but I hate the fact that it was so short it only took me 8 hours to beat. But Damn that last colossus was a bitch but all my friends wher damn impressed when that bitch came down. I love exploding thunder.

I loved this game, it was the first play station game i ever personally owned. The graphics are amazing, and despite the lack of actual dialog or story line (Huge gaps between), its a kick'ass game. Also, any game Adam Sandler plays is obviously sweet. (watch "Rein over me" for reference). Thank you for this tribute to a Magnificent game (iv seen your other HTP's but shadow of the colossus is the only one of them i have experience with)

Ever try riding your horse at a full gallop, standing on it, then jumping off and grabbing an eagle?

If you're headed for a colossus and there's an eagle nearby, the eagle will cry and follow your riding direction, that's the easiest time to do it. You then stand up on the horse and jump off, then hit the grab button. If your timing is right, you'll grab the eagle by the legs. The eagle can't support your weight, though, and you slowly descend.
It's best to do it by the cliffs near the valley of the turtles. Do it right before your horse reaches the cliff, and you can glide quite a fair distance.

the first ICO was wonderful, the graphics and gameplay and OST on ps2 was already ahead of its time and it bitchslap any game developer the quality it has
