Love this game.A note, though, that these AREN’T game reviews, as some have inaccurately described them.

xD Oh, weird stuff you can do with the tentacle game . . . if you time it just right with the final colossus. As he is dying and all that, rush down him as fast as possible, but when you are on that . . . dress thing, stop right at the edge, facing outwards. If it works just right, he will fall forwards and land flat against the wall, defying gravity!

haha, odd, as you would think there was a LOT of physics involved in it . . . than again, falling off said giant final colossus and only loose about half your health . . . and still get up to run back to the top (with likely broken legs along with broken anything else) is rather . . . yeah xD

Heh. A marvelous game. You have rather spot on timing: I just finished playing it myself via rental a couple days from the release of this comic, so it had a rather strong impact on me
Me and my room mate pretty much developed "personality roles" for the two main characters; the kid, and the horse. The kid was a spaz, the horse, a deadpan cynic. If I had to give a public comparison, pop culture characters which folks would recognize... I'd have to say, Chris and Brian, the Boy and the Dog from animated sitcom "Family Guy"
In all seriousness, the game's physics... what a work of art. to run along a vast plain, with ancient architecture with no purpose than beauty, and trip across a small stone, and actually watch your character trip, stumble, place his foot on the stone, rebalance, and keep moving... wow. Or to play in the waves on a beach next to a water-filled canyon... and be bowled over by a stray wave... Or tossed like a rag doll as you hang on to a colossus (The kid must have the epic monkey grip feat... or something...)... The level of detail in the movements of both man and horse are something that even current generation games fail to achieve. And to have a small countryside to explore, full of manufactured and natural beauty, which by all rights could have been filled with all manner of creatures and people... marvelous.
