Well, i was playing again just now, and was fighting 13, the giant dragon in the desert. After I stabbed its final weak spot for massive damage, I held on while it fell. Afterwards, I was hanging on to nothing. IT HAD CRUSHED ME. I was upside down with a giant light blue expanse below me. I let go, and fell probably 1,000+ feet before the tentacles reahed me, and I did the whole, "GRAAH! TENTACLE RAPE!", scene in mid-air.

Have you tried jumping off the platform you fight Colossus 3 on after killing it? Right before the tentacles get you? That's LOTS of fun

Which one's 3 again? I haven't played that game in forever...but I do remember panting out loud and running away from the tentacles screaming 'AHH!! NO!! NOT THIS TIME YOU BASTARDS!!'

I out ran the tenticles once. i out ran them for 7 seconds.

Yeah, I had that actually, ran around the whole forrest having lost my way on where to go. The shade was blocking the light and I couldn't get directions....
