Dunno if you're still looking for it but you can buy it online pretty cheaply now ouo there are also 4 sequels and a spin-off which is called Uru (basically a multiplayer version of myst)

you can get the version for macs - i have it... there were a couple of patches we had to apply to like, the fourth game to fix some glitches, but yea, if u wanna try it, go for it... my parents say they bought it from the apple store.

There should eb a Vista compatable version.
But I suggest buying them in the collectors pack. As the original Myst game was made when the CD drive was (no seriously, it won awards for 'best use of new technology'

the suit's HUD will automatically read the book which absolutely sohuld not be read the moment it enters the spartan's peripheral vision. he's hosed.

There are no people to kick into bottomless pits on Myst island, and few animals to kill for food. Even if Leonidas could survive on a diet of butterflies and seagulls, he would probably accidentally kill himself with an elevator or something...

Use butterflies to mine for fish. And Leonidas is no fool. Stupid soldiers tend to die very quickly.

don't. you will become unbelievably frustrated, because as it says in here, "how the hell was i supposed to figure that out???" they have puzzles with no clue as to how to do them. there are no clues to the codes or orders. you might die.

It's not impossible to figure out the puzzles, it just takes a while...and an odd kind of logic that you develop while playing through all 5 of the games
