Picked up a new 27" iMac (i7 quad core) with 8 gig of ram. 30" display sits on my old G5, my iMac kicks it's ass all over the place

This is a dream workstation, a true behemot compared to mine, still I must be content and do my stuff guerrilla style, but I am saving for upgrades. It is inspiring though to see yours!! nifty

I just bought a new cintiq like this, but I have hard time drawing straight lines especially when trying to draw them slowly,
the line look wobbly if you zoom in the pic, and the problem is not my hand of course, so do u have this problem??

So shiny... so.... so shiny... And a Cintiq (SP?).... Ah, to one day have those in front of me... Well.. I do have a nice iMac, but it's maxed out at 4 gigs of ram and it's less than a year old and already outdated. lol. Still a great machine though. Love me some Mac.

yeah I love my products... so well built and reliable. Never thought i'd consider going to an iMac an upgrade but they are so powerful not it just made sense. I forgot to put the macbook pro and the iPhone in the pic

Yeah people are recognising the power of the current macs, steam just ported to Macs, PS3 can be connected into an iMac to use it as a screen and share stuff. Bill Gates uses an iMac 27" i7 and Steve Jobs uses an Xbox 360... The only reason the Xbox isn't connected to the Macs somehow is becasue, well... they're Microsoft.

Nope no problem at all my cintiq came with a converter and all you need for the iMac is a mini display port to dvi adapter $28.
iMac solid.... yeah, the fastest model mac i've ever owned and this is the first all in one i've purchased, blazing fast.
