I like your photography alot. I myself am a poet of 30 years
studying my craft. Not just someone that can find a rhyme for the
line before it. I learned my craft from legendary professors who
were kind enough to teach me on their own time and a lot of very hard work.
Look through my gallery if you like. I am presently working on my 5th book,
a Selected Poems of my first 4 books and some new poems. I have no ego.
I don't do it because of any other reason than it's what I am passionate about.
It is a lifetime thing for me. I don't look at any one piece of my work and oooh and ahhh over it.
What I leave behind when I'm gone will decide whether I was a student of it hard enough.
Funny though, all my favorites are Photography.
My son, dr-m0pp, is the one that got me hooked up with dA. Again, nice work.

Thanks! I hope to one day have accomplished anything like what you have done in your poetry, through my photography. I want it to be a lifetime thing for me, but you never know which road your life will take when you're this age.

The colour in this is fantastic - and the way you've captured the image - dead centre in the middle of the tracks... just amazing.

It was just a snapshot too, I got lucky. I was breaking into some farmer's property (on the right) to get to the rally track, which involved walking along the train tracks for a while.
Apparently a bunch of people got caught and fined by the police helicopter for doing the same thing! Lucky
