28" x 22" Acrylic

This is a collaboration between my girlfriend and I She did the design (sketch) She also painted a lot of the sky, mountains and trees. I helped and did a lot of the grass, leaves and touch ups to the painting to give it my feel, my style. I really am happy and proud of the work we did and hope you like it too.

I tried to get the colors and quality to look like the original, but that is the problem with cameras and lighting, can't get it to look perfect. The original is more yellow and brighter, a warmer feeling to it and I hope that this image still gives a feeling of warmth I will attempt upload a better photo in the future

Love the rich color of this piece. It also automatically reminds me of that tree from the Prince Caspian.

Thank you very much for the compliment! I often have dreams that play out like a movie, I wonder if that has to do with the fact that I paint what I dream up. Of course I can't take all the credit for this one cause I didn't dream it all by myself

wow this is brilliant it really does have a 'warm' feel to it. what was the inspiration behind this? do you just dive-in and create artwork, or is there a lot of planning?

Thank you! Some paintings have a lot of planning and some don't. This one had a little planning with some spontaneity thrown in to get the right feeling
