It's multiple pieces, laminated together and then carved using a dremel.

Looks great so far, and I actually think the handle size isn't bad. I'm curious as to how you finish the handle though, it's a very unique weapon. Very exciting!

The handle has spiraling lines. I was thinking of attempting to bend some wood. Steam it first, see how it goes.

I'm guessing the grip is going to be bigger once you wrap it with purple cloth.

I'm not sure how I'm going to finish the handle yet.
The grip dimension isn't far off, remember the Master Sword is a single handed sword.

Yeah, but there's a certain texture to the wrap you have to get right, and the wrap is pretty thick.

I've yet to find anything appropriate, if you have any ideas they're greatly welcome.

You could always try wood, but that'd be kinda difficult.

Thanks
I've kinda lost steam towards the end of the holidays, and it's so cold the annex is freezing.

How long should it be though? 40 inches? Because I'm 6 feet tall, and I want to cosplay as Link.

Umm, FYI.
A sword's handle has to be as big as the blade, since with a real sword the handle is meerly a continuation of the blade.
I mean it gets smaller as it goes down to the tip.
But the handle must be the size of the blade to look like a real sword.
But it's looking good, just thought I'd mention about the shaft.

I'm fully aware of full aware of that, but the Master Sword isn't a typical sword.
Here's a picture for reference [link]
