Another PotFW design. This time it's a Captain in the Pride Navy, Norbert Remmington. Norbert's a pretty simple villain character, meant to be sort of a 'starter villain' for this series as the first Navy Captain who Primonk and his crew faces off against. He'll be the primary antagonist for the first season long storyline. Norbert is posh, stuck up foppish snob, who's overly strict and harsh towards his crew with a condesending attitude towards those he views as beneath him. Often preferring the company of aristocrats and nobleman over his own crew. He's also Tiger Face's former commanding officer back when he was in the navy.

In terms of design he's a Cougar and his uniform is blue to reflect real life navy captains from the 1700s. I think suggested the sash. The name Norbert Remmington came from me misremembering the name Norrington from Pirates of the Carribean, wanted him to have a pretentious sounding name.
