How is something like this made? I mean is it purely drawn in something like Photoshop or is there more to it than that?
Just trying to get an idea on how I can better myself in any digital art I do.

Uh... Dry Bowser is pretty much a more realistic, more creepy version of Bowser with a greater likelihood to ever appear in a teenager's nightmares. Also, he's made out of bones and has red, flaming eyes.
