Description
One of the main elements I want to include in Pangea is the concept of ‘Breeds’.
Each breed (skin) will have different advantages and disadvantages, they will also have class boosts, so specific classes will get advantages by using them. For example, if a Tank used the ‘Defence Carnotaurus’ they would get certain ability boosts.
I’m developing a few more Carno skins as an example

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. Love all of them! But I think you should implement breeding into your consept game, with mutations like ark as and like if a dino is better at a certain skill it gets said skin, like, defence, if the one has a certain high number of HP it is a defence one, just as an example
And I love the consept of mutations, colour mutations, think that would work with your ideas?

Depending on how easy it is to bring in color mutations/breeding variations then yes. Essentially we will have 'wild' breeds of dinosaur that you can boost their base stats etc, but to get the Breed exclusives, such as these, you would either have to breed two wild dinosaurs with super high defense and hatch the resulting egg to get the new model (which might take a lot of work) or buy them from breeders.

Ya know, personally I prefer the speedy one. Quick, lanky and arguably the nicest looking of the three.
Although the defensive one is adorably chunky.
