Surprisingly enough I never caught a Drowzee of my own. There's an interesting story behind it actually: I was studying to open my school, it was an old friend's one that he couldn't take care of anymore. I offered to take it in and take care of it. As the weeks went on the Drowzee became one of the best Pokemon in my roster. I still have him to this day actually.Β

He looks great! Reason why I'm not too surprised he looks like convincing animal, is cause he's based on a tapir. Fun fact, the lore behind Drozee is because he's based on a mythical tapir called Baku, who feeds on nightmares (hence the signature move Dream Eater) . This is in fact a good thing because much like how Native Americans have dream catchers, Japanese would sometimes have a pet tapir (not unlike having a pet pig) with the believe it would protect them from having bad dreams.
