I used a combination of Dormouse and Pika for the body and used rabbit ears simply because no rodents or Pika have long ears like Pikachu. Rabbits, being the closest animal to rodents with long ears, made the most sense for inspiration 😉

Oh sure, but I actually wanted it flat rather than bushy, kinda like a beaver tail but on its side lol. I imagine they use it both for balance and as an air rudder allowing them to do fast sharp turns 😊
