This looks great, and similarly to Vaporeon and Flareon, this is what I want a Jolteon to look like in real life! Although the environment looks too dark for me to discern what it is...

Jolteon doesnt have a tail, just spiked fur coming off its back/rear

If I may add a little criticism, the electricity more so looks like crazy old strands of hair than actual electricity. Maybe if you gave them a sort of glow it would make a noticeable difference.
