heres an Icecream pokemon called Wipcreme.Its an ice/ normal type.
Wipcreme is renouned for its tasty icecream and its ability to change its flavour depending on what it eats.

no problem, yer i use photoshop but sorry i dont know any downloadble programmes, find someone with photoshop and possibly rip it (but thats against the law so im not recommending it), just save ups some money for it
