I remember watching a handful of episodes from the Nelvana dub when I was around 12, I think it was pivotal in my fascination with tarot cards.
I like the country girl/tomboy look, It reminds me a bit of Penny from Disney's Bolt.

I guess my one big problem with the design is I'd look at this and have no way to know she's supposed to be a re-design of Sakura. The only connection they have are the roller blades and the Key.
But it does look fantastic!

Really like the design it looks pretty cool! very different and stands out on its own, I also really like the fact you gave the character roller blades, that would be very helpful for this character when they need to get to places quicklyΒ
