Horse: Benjamin Brown
Rider: Caroline Williams

Story:
Caroline stroke a hand calmingly over Benjis neck. This would be his first show after he got better, and her second show after she got back from her injury. Benji hadn’t done very well in any of the other shows he had entered, but she couldn’t help but hope. Maybe now that he had another rider? It wasn’t that she meant Alva was a bad rider, but maybe she and Benji just didn’t have the right connection? How amazing wouldn’t it be, if she and Benji could get some good results? It wasn’t that she was a person to measure a horse worth in its results, but when they had gotten Benji to the stable they had all had high hopes for him, but things hadn’t gone the way they expected. He had never places higher than 10th, and she hope they would break that curse today.
“Are you ready?” she whispered as she pulled the furry cape over her head. She hadn’t seen too many people dressing up, perhaps she had taken the whole “winter theme” a bit too far? But what was the point if you could have some fun? She got up in the saddle, carefully placing the dress and cape properly. Benji walked calmly walked into the riding hall, didn’t seem to bothered with the people watching. “Lets give this a go then” Caro whispered, before riding forth in a slow trot.
