I tried to fix the hair, and i think it is still not enough... and i also remove all of the filters to give the image its clarity...

Please keep up the amazing art work, because you truly out do your self very well, the only thing I would like to see is her having wavy hair, because the waves would fit perfect with this image. I will be honest, she reminded me of Barbie at first, but then I took a better look at the picture and found it unique.
I will also be honest and say that the hair does not quiet fit with the overall face and head gear, so I would say with more improvement, it will make a better picture.
Overall, I loved the CGI Technique, the idea of a Human-Elita, and how she looks like. I would give this picture overall 90/100 ^.^ And since I need to add more words, I would like to say that you are a respected artist on my list of fav artists

That's very nice work, the hair looks just about right which in CG is usually very hard to model and the face is the right shape. For some reason when looking at this I thought this was Jem from Jem and the Holograms.
