It IS digitally created, either in a CAD program or a 3D Modeling program like Cinema 4D, Maya or 3DStudio Max, etc. Most of the images in 's gallery are digitally created as he 'design's rings. Only the images where there is an actually photographic background, eg. bush, person, etc. are actual photos. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not putting down jsbarron, his gallery has plenty of amazingly modeled and designed rings, it's just that alot of people can't see the difference between an actual photo and a 3d render.
