As an introduction to the return of "Halo Infinite" 😃 I will be publishing the list of the alien "Races" 👽 that were part of the Pact in the original saga in summary form:
* Race: Huragok
* Nickname: "Engineers or Builders"
* Species: Slug and Floating Jellyfish (bioluminescent depending on your mood)
* Planet of Origin: Unknown (they were created (artificial race) by the galactic gods and left behind with all their advanced technology until their discovery centuries later by the San'Shyuum Prophets who founded the Covenant.)
* Average Height: 2.70 m
* Technological level: They are considered "biological supercomputers" with the instinct to decipher, repair or build any type of unknown technology, their creators taught them Level 1 and 0 long before leaving the galaxy. (Covenant and Humanity are Locked in understanding a new technological level.)
* Affiliation: Covenant (Intelligence, archeology, data download and storage, they enjoy repairing destroyed things, some have the specialty of doctors.)
* Background: The Huragok are a largely pacifist species and help the "Pact" by providing maintenance services; Due to their noble nature, they are classified as "neutral", as they do not carry out a combat position, they only assist in shield and weapon repairs for each Covenant squad.
At the end of the Human-Covenant war plus the internal conflict unleashed by "The Great Schism" caused the infantry leaders "Brutes" took more radical measures by placing explosive charges on the bodies of the "Huragok" to be used as suicide bombers ; That decision ended with what little loyalty the Huragok had to the Covenant by beginning to secretly help humans to win the war and the Huragok to survive freedom.
* Current Status: Most of the Huragok disappeared (perhaps they were kidnapped) but a few were rescued alive by united human and Sangheili troops.
